Customer Service is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday for in-person and telephone inquiries.
General questions regarding industry training and apprenticeship – including administrative matters such as registration, examinations and certification – should be directed to ITA Customer Service.
Many industry training-related services are available locally at Service BC locations throughout the province.
