You are invited to participate in our survey regarding Welding training and certification in British Columbia.
This review is sponsored by the Resource Training Organization of BC in order to help it determine what recommendations to make to the Industry Training Authority of BC regarding any necessary changes to the BC Welding Training Program.
Stakeholders throughout the province are being asked to complete a survey that asks questions about current Welding training and certification in BC and whether and what changes you think should made to it.
As this survey will be completed by employers, apprentices, employees, instructors, unions, and people in other roles, there are certain questions that only pertain to people in certain types of roles. Please respond to such questions appropriately; for example, there are boxes to select that say "I am not an employer."
This survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
