Exam Re-writes
If you applying to write an exam for the second time, and the mark you received on the first attempt was 60% or higher, you only need to submit an exam application form to re-write the exam.
Payment may or may not be required, depending on how many times you re-scheduled your first write.If you received a mark of less than 60% on an exam, or you are writing the exam for the third time or more, you must show proof that you have completed upgrade training. Your application to re-write must include:
1. Completed application form for either a Level Exam or Interprovincial/Certificate of Qualification Exam.
AND
2. One of the following completed forms (available from the Forms & Fees page)

Home Study Form and list of the materials/text books used to study*;

Employer Upgrading Confirmation Form* (for your employer to complete); or
-
A letter on a school letterhead indicating completion of review or upgrade training.
Refund Requests
Refunds are not automatically issued as a result of application or exam withdrawals or for any other reason. You must request a refund in writing or by email, otherwise any amount owing
to you as a result of an application or exam withdrawal or overpayment will be not refunded.
